Perrelet Classic Jumping Hour A1037/6

One of the best-known members of the fine watch-making industry, Perrelet was launched during the second half of the 18th century, and ever since stands as an international icon of fine watch-making traditions, authenticity and mechanical innovation, which never ceased to elevate the standards of quality and mechanical sophistication for the other members of this elitist industry.

The brand was launched in 1777, by a young visionary man, later known as one of the fathers of the Swiss Haute Horology, the talented Abraham-Louis Perrelet, who discovered the base principles, which up to this day set in motion the widely used self-winding mechanical movement.

Through the years, the brand never abandoned the legacy and life-guiding perfectionist creeds of its legendary creator, and looked down, upon every challenge, considering it a great opportunity of self-overtaking and improvement; that is how, for most watch collectors Perrelet is a name synonymous with mechanical purity and uncompromising luxury.

Recently, the brand enriched its outstanding Perrelet Classic Watch Collection, with another new sophisticated model, designed to please the charismatic modern man, who cares about his freedom of thought and action, the superb Perrelet Classic Jumping Hour A1037/6 Watch.

An elegant model bound to confer a plus of charm and individuality to any outfit, the new Perrelet Classic Jumping Hour A1037/6 Watch features an elegant stainless steel case measuring 40 mm in diameter, which demonstrates a stylish satin-polished finish and which incorporates a steel fluted crown, and an exhibition case-back, and which provides 30-meter water resistance.

The model features a superb silver dial, nicely completed with sharp faceted hands and two overlapping counters – one for the minutes, located in the upper part of the dial, and another counter for the small seconds complication, located at 6 o’clock position, meanwhile, the jumping hours complication is displayed at 12 o’clock position through a wide legible aperture.

A remarkable timepiece, the new Perrelet Classic Jumping Hour A1037/6 Watch accommodates a top-class self-winding mechanical movement, the in-house P-191 Caliber, which oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour and which confers the advantage of 42 hours power reserve.

Furthermore, the classy model embraces the wrist with a black alligator leather strap, but it can also be matched with a masculine metallic bracelet; as far as the price tag goes, we expect it to be somewhere around $ 5,300.00.
