        The robust construction of the watch’s case, measuring 45 mm in diameter, incorporates, up-to-date high-tech materials: carbon fiber, brushed DLC-coated steel and sapphire crystal. Its sober black hue was acquired through DLC-coating of the stainless steel, and it features vivid orange or yellow accents. Moreover, the case incorporates a bidirectional countdown rotating bezel manufactured from black sapphire, and it confers 300-meters water resistance.

        The remarkable Blancpain Speed Command Chronograph is fitted with an extremely legible checkered black carbon fiber dial that features stylish Arabic numeral hour markers also accented in yellow or orange, an interesting finish touché reminiscent of a vintage sports car’s dashboard.

        The model is animated by the high-precision Calibre F185, a self-winding fly-back chronograph movement manufactured from 308 individual parts that provides 40-hours power reserve. The sophisticated mechanism insures the following functions: central hours and minutes, second’s chronograph counter located at 6 o’clock position, a date window, also positioned at 6 o’clock, 30-minute chronograph counter, located at 3 o’clock and 12-hours chronograph respectively positioned at 9 o’clock.
