Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif Paris Architecture Theme

Rooted in the second half of the 19th century, Piaget is a renowned watchmaker and jeweler emerged in the cradle of today’s Haute Horology, in the Swiss Jura Mountains, Neuchâtel. Dating back to 1874 when it was created by George Piaget, an enthusiast entrepreneur, the brand stands out among the most respected members of the exclusivist world of luxury watch-making worldwide as the pinnacle of good taste, elegance and sophistication.

Recently the brand released an astounding new collection that draws its inspiration in the fascinating universe of two of the most attractive fashion capitals of the world: Paris and New York. A superb tribute to the two iconic cities, the timepieces of the Piaget Limelight watch and jewelry collection have their unmistakably urban individuality and powerful feminine seductiveness.

The city of light and love, Paris inspired the Piaget creative personalities to bring to life a collection that captures the very soul of the city along with its architectonic symbols- the Eiffel Tower and the Ferris wheel, Grande Roué on the Place de la Concorde.

The eternally fascinating image of the Eiffel Tower’s structure was embedded both in the latest Piaget diamond-embellished watches and magnificent jewelry line, as well as the charming Ferris wheel that inspired remarkable variations of secret watches.

One of the most eye-catching timepieces of this collection is the remarkable Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif designed to remind the unforgettable charm of the city of love; manufactured from 18 karat white gold; the timepiece’s dial, impresses through its meticulous grand feu enameling champlevé-based technique. The watch excites the imagination through a panoramic view of the 12 streets, with their names which radiate from the Arc de Triumph. The watch’s minute hand was furthermore fitted with a suspended tourbillon carriage which performs a rotation per minute around its axis.

At 3 o’clock position, majestically surrounding the delicate white gold case of the timepiece, there were wonderfully sculpted some of the most attractive historical monuments of this city: the Louvre’s Pyramid, the Eiffel tower, the Seine and the Ferris wheel which frames the watch’s diamond set winding crown.

The 9 o’clock profile of the timepiece is also embellished with the images of iconic monuments of this city: Jardin des Tuileries, the National Assembly’s monument, the Grand Palais, the Arc de Triumph, and the Arche de la Defense.

The beautiful Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif is animated of the high-precision Manufacture Piaget 608P mechanical hand-wound flying tourbillon movement that ensures 70-hours power reserve.

The watch wonderfully demonstrates the Paris inscription engraved on the black-enamel case-back, and moreover the timepiece gracefully embraces the wrist with a stylish black alligator leather strap.

A remarkable work of horological art, the eye-catching Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif in tribute to the City of Paris was produced in an ultra-limited edition of just three timepieces, available only for the most fortunate watch-collectors worldwide.

Another mind-numbing horological creation of the skilled Piaget designers that masterfully combines the watchmaker’s mastery with the jeweler’s art, the new Piaget Paris Architecture theme spotlights an eye-catching 18 karat white gold case and bracelet beautifully adorned with the eternally seductive glitter of 620 brilliant-cut diamonds, 8 pear-cut diamonds.
