Among the oldest Swiss watchmakers, Girard Perregaux unveils another excellent timepiece from the 1966 Collection – the new 1966 Full Calendar automatic watch.
Discreet and elegant, the new watch from Girard Perregaux comes in a 40 mm round-shaped case, made in white gold. The case is sheltered by anti-reflective sapphire crystal, while the case-back is also protected by sapphire glass. The bezel is also in white gold and the case is 30-meter water-resistant.
The watch can be found in two versions. One will have a deep black dial and the other one will feature a white-silvered face. The dial sports a standard three-hand layout and a function of calendar with date, day, month and moon phase indicators. Both hour and minute hands are leaf-shaped and crafted in white gold.
The new Girard Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar watch is powered by the in-house automatic PG033M0 movement. This Swiss made mechanism paved with 27 jewels operates at a frequency of 28,000 vibrations per hour, providing 46-hour power reserve. In addition, the movement has a decorated rotor and perlage.
To complete its look, the new 1966 Full Calendar automatic watch by Girard Perregaux comprises an alligator leather strap complimented with white gold pin buckle.
